I recently had Rich's do a large blind job for me. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. I went to the showroom where I met Nathan who helped me pick out the correct blinds for my project. He was very knowledgeable and came out on the weekend to measure. He kept me informed throughout my ordering process. Once the blinds arrived he sent his installer who was great and pay attention to every last detail. I would highly recommend them!
Rich's staff, specifically - Max exceeded my expectation. I had my Hunter Douglas Cellular shade repair and was told that repair will take around 3 days to get fixed. but Max made a way to repair same day! Would definitely come back instead of buying a new one.
